External works are progressing well at our South Chailey site for Retirement Village Group Ltd as tarmac is laid to the main pedestrian walkways. Apartments are also pushing ahead to be presented for client snagging while the show apartment is almost complete as finishing touches are being made to externally.

Our Bingham site for Charterpoint Bingham Ltd is pushing ahead with site now watertight and MF and first fix to ground and second floor ongoing.
