Newmarket is making fantastic progress as the ground floor planks near completion ready for the lift to first floor. Second floor block-work has commenced along with first floor screed while screed to ground floor is 70% complete!

A busy time for site as it pushes ahead for windows and first fix prepping!

Internal works progressing well at our Bristol site for Berkley Care(Bristol) Ltd with en-suites ready for final works. Cladding continues externally with kitchen tilling complete awaiting kitchen installation.

Our Malvern site for  Maria Mallaband Care Group Ltd is pushing head as steel installation continues this week with plank installation commencing on Monday.

The Hailsham scheme for Hamberley Development (Hailsham) Ltd is pushing far ahead this period as roof coverings are virtually complete, tile hanging is underway and the scaffold strike has commenced. Well done to all on site!

Our Chichester site for FE Chichester Dev Co Ltd is making amazing progress as brickwork to the marketing suite continues and site prepares for 1st floor planks to be installed commencing on the 13th July.

Fantastic day at our Bingham site with a visit from the end user HC-One! Maureen Russell, an interior designer tried her hand with bricklaying with the help of our senior team.

Our Malvern site for Maria Mallaband Care Group Ltd is pushing forward as the first scaffolding lift is complete and superstructure heading towards first floor planks.

Newmarket scheme for Whitberry Limited  is pushing ahead rain or shine with M&E starting onsite this week! Second floor planks complete ready for loading out and our final superstructure lift to wall plates and roof.

We are breaking ground at our latest 80 bed care home project in West Byfleet for Hamberley Development. The 80 bed care home will provide a cafe/pub, cinema and sensory room.

Great to see our Bingham for Charterpoint (Bingham) Ltd making progress with ground floor screeding continuing and first floor slabs completed.

Some great shots of our Didcot site for Mercian Group in the sun as Superstructure to second progresses. Screed to the ground floor has begun with plumbing and heating 1st fix also commencing.
