Lawrence Baker are pleased to welcome Tom Bibby to out Quantity surveying team. Tom has already witnessed two extremes of weather conditions on site, all in the space of one week!

Kitchen tiling has commenced at our Bristol site for Berkley Care (Bristol) Ltd along with the final floor preparation ready for floor installation to begin.

Scaffolding has been lifted for second floor slabs and steel work to commence this week at our Newmarket site for Whitberry Limited. The scaffold is set for wall plates and first floor roof sections.

Chichester is pushing ahead and making great progress as ground floor plank installation completes early next week. Tarmac of the car park commences early July along with first floor plank installation following shortly after.

Great progress being made at our Didcot site for as superstructure to first continues. Screeding and precast floor and stairs are also being laid. Well done to all on site!

The Bingham site for Charterpoint (Bingham) Limited is pushing ahead as superstructure to first continues along with precast stairs and floors.

A throwback this Tuesday morning to our Maidstone scheme handed over in March this year ahead of programme!

Our Newmarket site for Whitberry Ltd is making great progress as superstructure to the first floor is now underway and precast flooring is being laid.

Our Bristol scheme for Berkely Care Bristol  is pushing ahead as decorating continues across the ground floor. Installation of stone paths complete next week as plastering commences on the second floor.

The Malvern site for the Maria Mallaband Care Group Ltd is making great progress as superstructure to the ground floor progresses and steel installation have completed. Well done to site!

Our Hailsham site for Hamberley Developments (Hailsham) Ltd have been making excellent use of the wonderful English weather with roof trusses completed and roof coverings works progressing well. External door & window frames continue while mechanical and electrical teams continue with 1st fix to the ground floor.

Our Chichester site for FE Chichester Dev Co Ltd  is making great progress as internal blockwork and face brickwork are continuing for first floor planks to be installed with the steel frame now complete.
