Progress is being made at our Bingham site for Charterpoint (Bingham) Limited with precast for the second floor commencing next week. Screeding works progressing on the ground floor and M&E have commenced pre-fix works.

Our Chichester site for FE Chichester Dev Co Ltd is making great progress with plank installation and completing the drainage to the inside of the building. Hopefully the sun keeps on shining for a few more weeks.

Our Didcot site for Mercian Group is progressing well in the Oxfordshire morning sun with block work progressing to the first floor. Services are being brought up the main entranced driveway, preparations have also begun in the car park for base course of tarmac.

Wall finishes have now commenced at our Bristol site for Berkely care (Bristol) Ltd with floor finishes to commences at the beginning of June.

The site team at Hailsham has made excellent use of the wonderful weather recently with screed works, trusses and rooking coverings all progressing well. Small, isolated teams are progressing internally as well. Well done team!
