Our Newmarket site for Whitberry Ltd is pushing ahead as roofing works complete this week before the scaffold strike to allow for rendering to commence. Internally, bedrooms and corridors are being skimmed, coved and mist-coated as carpenters complete second fixing ready for tiling and decorating.

External works are progressing well at our South Chailey site for Retirement Village Group Ltd as tarmac is laid to the main pedestrian walkways. Apartments are also pushing ahead to be presented for client snagging while the show apartment is almost complete as finishing touches are being made to externally.

Great progress has been made at our West Byfleet site as ground floor slab installation has commenced on site.

The Newmarket site for Whitberry Ltd is making fantastic progress as plastering and screeding continue throughout. Roof truss installation is pushing ahead with roof covering commencing next month. Well done to everyone on site!

The Chichester site for Frontier Estates is making use of the great weather as roof trusses and brickwork to second floor continue to progress.
Newmarket progress
The Newmarket site for Whitberry Ltd has been busy internally and externally as site aim for striking scaffolding to localised areas this week. Walk hung tiling and guttering are complete as site is now watertight. Internals are now ready for fire-stopping and plastering with skimming starting the following week.
West Byfleet
Despite the terrible August weather at our West Byfleet site for Ham, ground works are progressing well at our West Byfleet site. Groundworks are progressing with the installation of drainage and attenuation. Construction of the retaining wall and blockwork to plank level ongoing.
Malvern
The Malvern site for Maria Mallaband Care Group Ltd is pushing ahead as FF plank installation has commenced which is the final floor to be installed. Stairs will be installed and completed by the end of this week, this will allow for super structure to commence next week!
Didcot

Chichester: Progression
The Chichester site for FE Chichester Dev Co Ltd is making great progress as first floor slabs are now in place with the second floor planks commenced on the rear of the care home.

Our Bingham site for Charterpoint Bingham Ltd is progressing well as the site is now partially watertight and will complete next month. MF is continuing on site along with the mechanical and electrical first fix also progressing.
Hailsham: Topping Out
Our Hailsham scheme is now watertight! Site celebrated topping out this week as site pushes again for completion in spring 2021. .
Didcot: Superstrucutre to Plate
Some great work at our Didcot site for the Mercian Groupas superstructure to plate and screed on the first floor continues.
Chichester: Roofing
Our Chichester site for FE Chichester is setting up for another contract crane lift. Today, a further set of planks are being installed to the first floor with roof trusses progressing on the northern end of the care home.
Malvern: Flooring
Floor preparation has commenced internally ahead of floor screed commencing next week at our Malvern site for Maria Mallaband Care Group. Steel installation is due to commenced next week with site on track for the final floor plank install.

Lawrence Baker is happy to welcome Kate Spratt has joined us in the role of Administrative assistant. In just two weeks Kate has already helped prepare for our Bristol practical completion!

The Chichester site for FE Chichester Dev Co Ltd is making some good progress with the marketing suite roof trusses being installed this week. Mechanical and electrical first fix is progressing well with first floor planks due to commence next week.

Hailsham
The Hailsham scheme is pushing ahead in the good weather with external works progressing well. Courtyard area has shaped up well and the balcony areas at 1st floor will be lovely places to enjoy, although they are currently locked off. Internally all trades are working really well together on site!
Bingham: Roofing
Bingham for Charterpoint Group Ltd is pushing ahead in this great weather with progress continuing on both the upper and lower level roofs!
Didcot
Great progress being made at our Didcot site for Mercian Group as slab installation for the second floor has now completed while MF continues on the ground floor.
Newmarket Roofing
Sunny start at the Newmarket site for Whitberry Ltd as the second phase of roofing is coming to completion with flat roofing starting next week. The last of the second floor planks are being installed today with the final staircase completing all of the pre-cast works!

The marketing suite is almost ready to receive roof trusses with ground floor screed now complete. The ground floor brickwork is progressing well ready for the first floor planks to be installed!

Bristol: Nearing completion
The Bristol scheme is coming along nicely with tarmac to the carpark and the gardens now complete. Landscaping has commenced on site this week as the site team make a final push towards completion.

Flat roofing has commenced this week on our Bingham site. Amazing work from out dedicated site team and all our contractors for working closely with us in achieving delivery on site. The Bingham project is in partnership with Charterpoint (Bingham) Ltd and HC-One.

The Didcot scheme for Mercian Group is making great progress as carpentry first fix continues on the ground floor and en-suite screed commences on the first floor. Slab installation for the second floor are underway! Great work!

South Chailey for Retirement Villages Group Ltd is pushing forward as externals continue ready for tarmac and footpaths! Internally mechanical first fix, electrical and plastering will complete at the end of the month with tiling and decorating over 50% complete. Amazing work from the South Chailey team!

Great work happening over at our Newmarket site for Whitberry Limited as the garden room roof nears completion ready for felt and batten next week. Internally mechanical first fix and soil pipe installation continues.
