The Bristol scheme for Berkley Care (Bristol) Ltd is making great progress as we near practical completion! Laundry and kitchen installation have begun and corridor carpets have commenced ahead of the fit out.
Our Chichester site for FE Chichester Dev Co Ltd is coming along well with first floor planks now complete in the marketing suite. Drainage works have commenced this week as brick work up to roof truss level is continuing in the marketing suite.

The Malvern site for Maria Mallaband Care Group Ltd is pushing ahead despite the tough climate with ground floor superstructure now complete! Floor installation will commence next Monday – Well done team!

High level roof joists will be delivered today ready for the flat roofing to commence next Monday! An incredible effort from everyone on site!
Newmarket is making fantastic progress as the ground floor planks near completion ready for the lift to first floor. Second floor block-work has commenced along with first floor screed while screed to ground floor is 70% complete! A busy time for site as it pushes ahead for windows and first fix prepping!

We are breaking ground at our latest 80 bed care home project in West Byfleet for Hamberley Development. The 80 bed care home will provide a cafe/pub, cinema and sensory room.

Scaffolding has been lifted for second floor slabs and steel work to commence this week at our Newmarket site for Whitberry Limited. The scaffold is set for wall plates and first floor roof sections.
Chichester is pushing ahead and making great progress as ground floor plank installation completes early next week. Tarmac of the car park commences early July along with first floor plank installation following shortly after.

Our Hailsham site for Hamberley Developments (Hailsham) Ltd have been making excellent use of the wonderful English weather with roof trusses completed and roof coverings works progressing well. External door & window frames continue while mechanical and electrical teams continue with 1st fix to the ground floor.

Our Chichester site for FE Chichester Dev Co Ltd is making great progress with plank installation and completing the drainage to the inside of the building. Hopefully the sun keeps on shining for a few more weeks.
Our Didcot site for Mercian Group is progressing well in the Oxfordshire morning sun with block work progressing to the first floor. Services are being brought up the main entranced driveway, preparations have also begun in the car park for base course of tarmac.
Wall finishes have now commenced at our Bristol site for Berkely care (Bristol) Ltd with floor finishes to commences at the beginning of June.
The site team at Hailsham has made excellent use of the wonderful weather recently with screed works, trusses and rooking coverings all progressing well. Small, isolated teams are progressing internally as well. Well done team!

These last 6 weeks have been extremely testing but through sheer hard work and determination of the site team we have completed the last 2 apartment block roofs, by the end of this week we will have completed all roof works on the entire scheme which is a huge achievement.
